It’s a nice design and very user friendly.

This dishwasher is as promised! It’s so quiet I have to double check that it’s really on. The dishes are truly sparkling clean, even on the one hour cycle. I absolutely love the lights inside and how the door opens when the cycle is finished. It looks great in my kitchen!

Compact and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was installed quickly. After first use, I noticed how quiet it is. It also has a sleek design with the controls not visible until you press the power button. Time will tell if it is energy efficient but a one hour run rendered two pans, 3 bowls and about a dozen utensils clean. For our small family the capacity is good.

Deal with Annette sales person. She is great.

Very quiet. My home theater space is directly next to the kitchen and with the previous Maytag dishwasher it was not possible to watch a movie with the racket. The LG can't be heard a foot away from the machine. But the dishwasher arrived with two dents in the door and your greatest asset, sales person Annette, helped me get a $40 credit for the damage so I would not have to return and reorder the dishwasher. Annette is the best sales associate I have dealt with and she deserves a bonus.

Big promises, big fail

One of the selling features of this dishwasher is the rack glides. Well after only 2 washes of well rinsed dishes, ours are already sticking. Pay attention to the bottom rack. The center of it can't hold dishes. We are shocked to see how impractical the design is. And big box sticks you with the poor product with their 48h return policy. Bring some dishes to Lowes before you buy.

Worst design feature - will ruin surrounding wood

Just spent all day installing this new DW and it’s the worst. The drying system opens the door automatically and blows air/moisture to circulate drying dishes BUT in doing so makes condensation and drips underneath the countertop and would eventually destroy my wood cabinets on either side of the DW because of the moisture. I tried the cycle to disable the door from opening and the dished were all wet the next morning upon opening. You can’t install the DW any other way to fix the issue eithe...
