Some drop the ball with this. Take like 4 hours to do a load (ridiculous) if come out dry (not) .and machine has to dry completely for this that mean steam,is like u presure cooking u fabrics (ruin clothes) 1 wash is like 300 wash clothes came out like old

Drain Pump Issues

Purchased this machine 09/2020. Replaced drain pump 08/2022 and 03/2024. This is a recurring problem. DO NOT BUY LG!

poor service

Man out two weeks ago to repair washer. Had to order a part. That part didnt fix problem, had to order another. Came back on Wednesday with part and installed it. On Friday, tried to do laundry, washer not working, won't fill. Repair out again, needs to order part, be back Friday. Its now Saturday, no part, no call, no email, nothing. Why wasnt it checked to see if working before he left after the second part installed? Why have we not been contacted at all?

wont work

We have had two repair men out in the last two weeks. The last time was two days ago. Tried to do a load of laundry today. Selected the desired settings, it turns on, and then nothing happens. It does an occasional spin and after a couple of minutes, we get error code 1E. Hoses are not bent, water knobs are turned on, water not frozen.

Great washer!

I have had this washer for about 3 years and it works great! I would recommend this product. The customer service I have received from LG has been great as well!

Horrible Noise and Leaks

The machine leaks water from the seal and sounds like a jet engine. Horrible noise even with stabilizers!

Phenomenal little powerhouse

A terrific appliance

I bought this LG washer as a replacement for a very disappointing (and expensive) Bosch washing machine of the same size. This washing machine is head-and-shoulders better than the Bosch. We've had it since early 2020 and we feel incredibly lucky to have found this replacement early in the pandemic. LG offered an extended warranty, which I bought on line, and the machine has worked flawlessly for us for two solid years. Worst washer machine ever. Don't buy it.

We bought this washer a few months ago and every time it goes in the spin cycle it makes the whole house vibrate knocking everything off my shelves. It literally feels like you are in getting to take off in the space shuttle and my ears feels like your ears are going to explode. We had a service come out twice and they say their is nothing wrong. I am only giving this a one star because it won't let me do no stars

Handles All of My Laundry Needs

I have no difficulty washing sheets, towels, and other large loads. Our clothes come out clean. I especially love the selection of settings--handwash!

Wonderful for RV living!

Excellent choice for small spaces

Great capacity of its size. Looks great. Performs as advertised. We are very happy with it. The washer (and dryer stacked) are in a small bathroom. We are very happy with both.

Rattles the whole house

This washer vibrates extremely badly. Yes, the shipping bolts are out. Yes, we had an authorized repairman visit and he pretty much verified there is nothing particularly wrong...this is just the way these washers are. I have to spin everything on low cycle and the vibration is still very bad and it ups the drying cycle. Never again for a front load or an LG.
