Great when they work, but short life. Poor value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased several of these two years ago. After buying the first, loved the quiet, powerful cooling. Remote control was also nice via phone. Bought four more of various sizes. The last one just conked out. All the same. CH67. Fan motor just jiggles, won’t turn. Repairs cost as much as a new one. So to summarize, very nice design and operation, but at nearly twice the cost of a bit noisier unit and lasting only two years, cannot recommen...

Bought this LG Dual Inverter for living room and used individual air in every room. This works really great. Save me a ton of money . Quite and keeps the living room cool and comfortable.✌️😍 I can remotely turn on before we come home.

Great unit - Dual inversion is amazing!

Bought this unit specifically because of the dual inversion system. The dual inversion system is much easier on the 2 compressors and also runs far more efficiently than a standard 1 compressor unit. It is extremely quiet as well. Very highly recommend.

Not overly happy with product

All the features and more than I was looking for!

I had a Crosley 13,000 BTU window air conditioner that lasted for 21 years! I was saddened when it failed to get me through a six day heat wave approximately three weeks ago. I knew that I had to make a change but figured that 21 years later I would no find anything that I liked as well. Much to my surprise after research online I found my LG 14,000 BTU A/C and purchased it based on the information provided. Chilled Out in Texas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC I call the Beast!! Once we installed it, we been chilled out!! This blows away our central air. We're much cooler than last year and our electricity bill has been significantly lower than last Summer. We are pleased all around.

You get what you pay for

Recently have purchased two air conditioners.Both LG and just last week I purchased a LG refrigerator. That pretty much sums up my great satisfaction with your product.Good value for the money and excellent satisfaction with the way the products work!

A Great Air Conditioner with some great features

I Love this LG air conditioner! It does a great job cooling off several rooms in our home. I like the very quiet sleep mode timer feature which also adjusts the temperature setting for a more comfortable sleep. I also like the digital remote control. Like my LG washer, this air conditioner can be enabled with our home Wi-Fi but I have not connected yet.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed 2 units - i had purchased 3 but found i didn't need the 3rd as they were so powerful. They are really quiet and effective - very impressed. The only criticism is that the directions were a little unclear and the first install was a little frustrating. But once i'd been through the first install, the 2nd was a breeze. They are heavy units - fyi. Highly recommend.

Cools well

It's keeping me comfortable and is easy to use. I like the app that lets you set a schedule. Hopefully this will result in lower costs.

Greatest AC Unit I’ve Ever Had

I purchased this AC unit in April and could not be happier with it. 14000s BTUs was available at an unbelievably affordable price and the unit cools my room like an absolute dream.

Best ac I’ve had

This is the best window ac I’ve had in a long time. Does a great job with cooling the room down to the desired temp. I give 4 stars only be cause installing the unit was a bit tough- the instructions could be a little confusing at times. Other than that, great unit!
