Unnecessary
It was sold to me as a smart lock but has no feature that are smart and you can't see what you've done or look at any info on who enters so its basically just a lock with a keypad instead of a key which is pointless as you still need the same amount of hands and effort to open and it isn't any easier to work with.

Would RecommendI like the auto lock feature and the ease of use. So far we have had no issues with it. You can adjust the amount of time for the auto lock. It has been a dependable feature. We plan on eventually buying more for the other doors.

Replaced two deadbolts easily
Would RecommendI ended buying two of these locks and replacing dead bolts on front and side doors. Super easy installation and coding. So happy i no longer have to worry about forgetting to lock my doors because it auto locks after 30 seconds! That was a big selling point for me who may or may not consistently forget to lock my front door (i lock a heavy duty storm door tho so relax I'm not a lunatic with the self-preservation of a potato).
