1st im an adult , been spray painting projects for years, you know one of those crazy people who reads the directions on the can before use. I shook this paint for about 5 minutes vigorously prior to starting. You can spray in 3 -4 second bursts, after that it starts to drip. You have to stop and shake the drips off the nozzle ,then shake the can again to mix the metallic flakes inside, as they seem to settle to the bottom of the can quickly and your spraying efforts turn clear, this is some of ...

Buy a LOT more than you think you need!

I have used spray paint of many projects and am familiar with the process. This paint is unlike any I haver ever used. There is NO COVERAGE to a can. Within a minute or two the can is empty and there is barely any coverage on the project. I had a small tabletop (about 30" round) and had to use 4 cans just to get minimum coverage. At almost 9 bucks a can, the tabletop now cost more than the table! Additionally, the paint runs easily.

Great coverage

No runs, very easy to apply

I sprayed an outdoor statue and wanted a sandy finish. I did not take my time because it was just a quick project. Primer and paint in one can, easy. I went nuts with the spraying and noticed there were almost no runs in the paint, I expected a lot of runs based on how much paint I was putting on. The final dried statue shows no runs and was the easiest spray project I've ever done. And it looks the best!

VERY SMALL COVERAGE AREA

There is a fair amount of texture on the surface painted with this paint. Be aware a can of paint covers a MINUSCULE area. I used six cans to paint eight lanterns. Six of the lanterns are about six inches tall and two of them are about 10 inches tall. All have glass sides and doors. The painted area on each lantern is very, very small.

Doesn't go Very Far

I like the look of this but beware, you're not going to get the same coverage as a normal spray paint can.

Pretty color

Beautiful color but doesn’t cover well at all one lamp took over 3 cans.

I liked this product very much. It worked very well on wood. I did not like the price.

Desert Sand -- Buy Extra

I'm reading these reviews after purchasing and having a less than satisfactory experience myself. Like a lot of folks shared, I too needed several more cans than expected. I painted an old milk pail that sits on the front porch. I've painted it before, with two cans. I purchased three this time, just to be sure and for extra coverage. I ended up needing an additional two. At nearly $9/can, that is over $50 with tax-- to paint a relatively small item. The final product looks okay but I do not thi...
