Easy install from above!

This product was a delightful find! It is well made and made of solid materials. The installation was a breeze after I removed the old one. It installs from above without the need to get behind and under the sink to install and tighten screws! The return weight is easy to attach and allows full movement and complete return of the head. I put the handle forward over the split in my sink. Pull the handle towards you to turn on and to the left for warm water. Easy to reach by my young granddaughter...

Weak Stream

Seems like I am not the only person is having trouble with this product. Only the spray function works, the full stream is weak. Looks great but not functional.

Pretty and durable faucet

We installed this in our outdoor kitchen and have been super happy with the quality and durability of this faucet. Even outside, it doesn’t get dirty or have water spots and is super easy to clean. I love how sleek it looks too!

Beautiful commercial style sink faucet

I am very satisfied with this sink faucet that pairs well with our workstation sink in our laundry room. It looks and works so great and has never given us any problems. We love everything about it and would buy it again!

High Quality Kitchen Faucet

We absolutely love this kitchen sink faucet. It is so easy to use and the touch option has changed the game for us! Truly makes turning it on and off so much easier when our hands are dirty while cooking. We have had countless people tell us how much they love our sink + faucet as well and a few people even buy it after using ours! We love how easy it is, the clean & simple look of it, and the pull down spray option as well. Safe to say, we love it so much and would absolutely order it again!

One of the world's greatest inventions

You don't know how much you need this faucet until you have it - it looks good all the time, no spots, and eliminated the need for a separate reverse osmosis tap so my sink area doesn't look cluttered. The separate reverse osmosis line built into the faucet is one of this world's greatest inventions, trust me!

button breaks after 3 years

We purchased the Boden Model #: KPF-1610SFS in July of 2021. We were very satisfied with our purchase--easy to clean, great function. However, the button to change the spray function has broken off. We dont use the spray function often so were quite surprised that the item failed within 3 years. Cant imagine any aspect of user error on this one. What a pain. I am following up w Kraus about warranty options, and will update regarding customer services.

Great for smaller sinks

It's definitely more suited to a bar or prep sink, but it was the only option in stock at my local store that did not have a pull-down nozzle. It works fine, I just need to be aware of using it closer to the back edge of the sink than I am used to. The one thing that surprises me is that turning it off does not turn the water off completely, water will trickle to a stop when the faucet is turned off.

Short run time and leaks

I love the look of this faucet. I bought it mainly for the touch feature and design. As many others have mentioned, it does come with flaws. We have only had this faucet installed and in use for about 6 weeks. The most frustrating thing is that it constantly turns itself very quickly, so if you have dishes, pots, pans that require hand washing, get ready to have to constantly be turning the faucet back on. Love it!

After using many different pull-down type faucets over the years, this is the very best one. It's easy to use, works smoothly, has a nice long hose, & so easy to keep clean. After 3 years, the finish looks like new.

Beautiful but only one spray function works

Like many other reviewers, only the shower-like spray works, the one that sprays water everywhere when you are trying to rinse dishes. The nice, even stream function stopped working shortly after installation. I am constantly drying water off the counters and back splash. It drives me crazy! Bummer because the faucet itself is gorgeous.

This product did not work for me. It was too tall, and out of scale with the rest of my kitchen. I had to return it.

Bolden: Faucet head leaking water btwn parts

I've had the Bolden faucet for over 1.5 years now and I'm noticing that there are leaks at the faucet head; in 2 different places. When I turn on the faucet (either manually or by using the sensor) water is leaking around the top of the spout, at the end of the faucet. I've tried everything to turn the head of the faucet in a circular motion. I've tried pushing the components together and nothing. It's still leaking. I love the faucet but this is just awful.
