This soap dispenser's arm has a great reach that puts the soap into the sink. I like the clean design. Works well. Also comes in Spot Free.

Great reach.

I really like the simplistic design and long reach of this soap dispenser. The fact it is spot free and was on sale makes it a great purchase. Instead of using the bottle that comes with it, I plan to use a kit that allows you to hook a 3 foot tube to the dispenser that attaches to a gallon container of dish soap under your sink. I would recommend this product.

Good dispenser with caveats

This is a great soap dispenser with one caveat. Eventually it will clog up with dishwasher soap and need to be cleaned or replaced. I believe the same thing happens with most other soap dispensers. I bought this same Kraus dispenser about 7 years ago. It started dispensing erratically a few years ago. I finally decided to replace it so I ordered a new one. Not just kitchen soap

This is the third dispenser I have bought in the last month. They work great that's why I now have 4 total. One is for my Kitchen sink. One is for the second bathroom, and two in the owners bathroom. I use one for hand soap, the other for hand lotion. Great investment.

soap pump

I love my sink but not this pump it clogs up or drips soap out of it hasn't even installed a year yet till August and now it leaks soap down the tubing all over bottom of cabinet I did the extension kit so you can just put a large bottle of soap instead of having to fill it so often

Breaks often

First one stopped working, bought another, second one stopped working (pump but nothing comes out), cleaning or fixing it, won't work, I guess I should by 10 and hope thats enough to last my life time.

Inferior Pump Mechanism

Dispenser quit working after 1-1/2 years. For such a very nice looking dispenser (quality chrome finish) it is such a shame that they would use such an inferior pump mechanism. Very disappointed & would not recommend.

It did not have the plastic tube that goes to the bottom so won't work at all.

Broke After Single Use

Unfortunately, the plastic connection between the soap uptake straw and the pump broke after a single use right after install. Reaching out to Kraus for warranty replacement.

Pain to Fill

Pump looks nice with my new countertop, Kraus sink and Kraus faucet. Plumber installed faucet and pump. But, filling it from the top is ridiculous. We use softsoap. The fill neck is small it creates a vacuum when pouring and it takes forever. Trying going slow then used a funnel then poured a small amount and used a straw to break the vacuum. And to clean up the mess casued by the overflow. Never thought I would need directions on how to pour things. Is there a secret? Like the design. Hope it ...

Pumps works, finish wore off quickly

Purchsed this dispenser in October 2023. Does it work? Yes, it pumps disk soap efficiently. But the plating on the end of the spout has worn off, revealing what looks like white plastic. So even though the dispenser still functions, I will need to replace it. Since the finish only lasted a year (if that), I will have to look for another brand that has an extra long spout like this one.
