What Customers Are Saying

The Kraus soap dispenser has a mixed reception. Many customers are satisfied with its appearance, functionality, and ease of installation, praising features like the large soap reservoir and smooth pump. However, some have experienced issues with the dispenser's durability, reporting failures of the pump mechanism or plastic components within 1-2 years. A few also found the small opening difficult to fill without spills. While the product offers good value and functionality, its long-term reliability is a concern for some users.

The looks surpess the quality

Would Recommend

Im am not completely satisfied with this soap dispenser for two reasons, but first, what I like about it. I like how it dispenser soap. It comes out more heavy than my previously used Kohler. The spot free stainless steel Kraus I got, has a yellowish tint to it, a mismatch with the stainless steel kitchen sink. Also, there is a pump head wobble I dont like. It has a loose feel to it, but will do.

Despite the reviewers' warnings about the short life, I ordered one top go with the Coda faucet and Kraus sink so that it all was from one company. It still looks stunning against a bright quartz counter and backsplash, but the soap dispenser stopped working about one year after its installation. Now that it is beyond the one-year warranty, it will cost $15 for a replacement pump that I hope works for more than a year. So the total cost of the soap dispenser was around $42: the original $26.28 f...
