Obsessed with this faucet!

We are obsessed with this faucet. It was super easy to install and we love that we chose 18" - allows for larger pots in the sink to fill with water or clean up.

poor quality plastic parts ruin the aesthetic.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

Faucet spray button fell off

The faucet spray button fell off after one year and one month of usage. Just out of warranty.

Perfect

I am about the least-handy person you'll ever meet - and installation experience was a breeze. Extremely straight-forward and easy to install, I couldn't believe it. Water flow is smooth, the faucet looks great. It isn't one of those cheap ones you can buy; I couldn't ask for a better and affordable replacement. Very content.

Love my Kraus SS/Matte Faucet. Use it daily for the last 2 months, so far so good! Paired it with Glacier Bay Gunmetal Black Stainless Steel (bought it at Hope Depot though). The combination is amazing!

Very attractive. The only one issue

I like the pull down kitchen faucet. The only issue is, if you reduce the flow to conserve hot water, the spray returns to a single stream.

Sleek and easy to use

Have this in black and love it. Bought one for my MIL for Mother’s Day and it’s great. So happy and great product for the price point.

Motion sensor is inconsistent, not worth the high price tag

This was an expensive faucet and stopped within a year. The inconsistency of the motion sensor is getting worse and troubleshooting it with battery replacement and other fixes has not worked. Frustrating.

Poor quality for the price

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

Black paint chips away

We’ve had this faucet for a couple years now. It works very well. Unfortunately, the black paint started chipping on the front of the faucet and continues to do so. I would get a different one now if I were choosing.

Pretty but not sturdy

In less than two years the black plastic piece that turns on the sprayer is now broken. Like why is this part plastic anyway!! Such a disappointment! It felt wobbly from the moment my contractor installed it. I knew it was going to happen, I’d just hope it would last longer.

Sensor stopped working after 6 months

Senor stopped responding, replaced the batteries but did not help. Senor does not shut off water for hot water, only works for cold water. Got a replacement control box via warranty. Quite expensive product that works for only 6 months. I also placed an order for the optional AC adapter, and the shipping cost as much as the AC adapter itself.

Piece broke off with normal usage

A mere 3 months after installation the plastic button that change the water from spray to normal broke off. Crappy plastic piece. Now we will have to hire another plumber to replace this unit.

Easy install quality faucet

Beautiful faucet and easy to install
