Truly Heavy Duty Scissors

I keep these in my work shop for when I need them to open heavy duty blister packs that a lot of tools and auto parts come in nowadays. They come in handy for a lot of other manly cutting jobs also. I took off 1 * because of where they are made.

Heavy duty scissors, a little too heavy

I bought the scissors for use in the house and the kitchen. They are a little too heavy for inside the house. They do tend to stick together and they are not very easy to use.

Great for the price

I really like the Kobalt scissors. I like them even better when they’re on sale during the holidays. They fit in the hand and cut better than the HF scissors I’ve purchased. I bought several pairs because scissors seem to disappear in the house. They come with a lifetime warranty too. Can’t get much better than that.

Very lightweight and durable. Was able to cut through old carpet with a breeze.

Strong scissors for more objects than expected

Bought the Kobalt Stainless steel 2pc Heavy-Duty Scissors during the early Black Friday sale to have a pair in the garage and a backup pair for my leather craft work. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the cutting ability for the leather work considering it’s not their intended purpose. While they certainly aren’t as easy and smooth as true leather sheers, they get the job done, leave a clean edge on the leather, and for the price, I’d much rather haul these around from place to place than my $50...
