Terrible delivery process
I have no complaints about the product. The delivery process was terrible. It took two months and 3 reschedules of my delivery to get my purchase of this knife, a 230 piece tool set, and two extension cords. I never got the extension cords because they are not kept in store. I had to reschedule because the order was going to a place of business, not a home, so a 4pm-8pm delivery window was not going to work. Even though you are given the option to select a 4 hour window of delivery when managing...
