product is fine. I ordered 2 diff chains, lowes said were both in stock for pick up. day I picked up they changed, only had 1 of them. And no time frame to get one. If ordered on AZ home delivery I know if available, how long and no drive. Only incentive for pick up is same day or next day. Lowe’s has done this before to me.
