Would RecommendChain is as described, works well for light duty use.. of course a 12" saw is for light duty. I probably use my saw for more than it was designed for. I have purchased two of these and they seem to hold their edge well, and last a good while if not abused.....rocks, wire, metal, etc. Good value for the price.
