Don't buy..
Would Not RecommendAs others said, they slide off of your knee to one side. If you do manage to kneel right on top of the gel part, you're constantly trying to balance yourself. I used them for 2 hours and switched back to my old NoCry knee pads. I would give them a zero star if I could.
