The calf strap is positioned too high on the knee pads, so that, once it's positioned behind the knee, the top edge of the knee pad barely covers my kneecap. Also, the strap is very loose on my calf, even cinched as tight as it will go, even though my calves are well developed.

As others said, they slide off of your knee to one side. If you do manage to kneel right on top of the gel part, you're constantly trying to balance yourself. I used them for 2 hours and switched back to my old NoCry knee pads. I would give them a zero star if I could.
