Table is great. Router is a disapointment.

Router failed on second pass with 2.5 foot board and cove bit. The table and features are great and work perfectly. Non-variable underpowered router disappointed. Great price point that's hard to beat but at the end of the day the actual router should last more than a couple passes.

Very rude staff

Clerk was very rude when asking for the order number, id, etc. Besides when she brought my purchase not even try to be nice & offer a shopping cart. She brought the box & just manage to put it on the counter when not even space for it. Anyways. Now i remember why i choose other stores.

Good value in a 1/2" router and table combo

I've had this router/table combo set for a couple of years now, and it works well for my use. I mounted it to my Delta table saw (from Lowe's) and have never used the table legs that came with the set. There are plenty of instruction videos online showing how to easily mount this between the rails of a Delta table saw. Being able to adjust the bit height from above the table is a big plus, however after awhile this feature stopped working although manually adjusting from the bottom was possibl...

Cheaply designed

Feather boards can only move within about 1 in of 4 specific mounting slots limiting the capabilities. Trying to use the smaller vacuum attachment is incompatible with the table. The vacuum attachment blocks the thru-table height adjustment feature. It also points the vacuum directly into power switch. Outstanding value

It's hard to believe the price point for this item. The table is flat, the fence is solid and 90° to table. The very capable and included router mounts easily and a straight bit sits 90° to the table. I highly recommend this setup.

bought this for a quick project and it's very poorly made. the fence doesn't line up well causing dips in my cuts. the router hight adjustment is not reliable. spend a few extra bucks and get a better setup

I just got one, used. This item has multiple problems. The biggest of which is the position, design and operation of the switch. This is dangerous. The switch is such that while adjusting height of the tool, it’s almost impossible to avoid turning the switch on. Thus, I order to be safe, one must unplug the router each time. But the outlets are on the back, making it doubly hard to plug it in. The router is prone to issues, Buy a good one instead.

Of poor quality

Height adjustment setup and gearing is of poor design causing adjustments to jam consistently. Patiently dealing with the malfunction caused the problem to worsen to the point where it is hopelessly stuck. Have had the router 6 months and used it lightly 5 times. Lowe’s tells me I have to contact Kobalt directly. Big waste of money and time.
