It made a return trip 7 hour run a breeze with this unit. I had a cracked rim on my pick up and apparently hauling a trailer caused it to start leaking air. It is difficult finding places to add air while pulling a trailer thus having this unit allowed me to keep my tire pressure up to return home safely and get the rim replaced locally. I'll be keeping this little powerful unit in my Ram Box going forward.

Takes a long time to inflate. Hose pops off stem
I needed to inflate my tires to 95psi. It said it would inflate to over 100psi. The end of the hose kept popping off the stem. It never reached 95. When I went to do the next tire and it was too hot and would not work.

DC Plug is Cheaply Made
Would Not RecommendThe DC plug is made of plastic and falls apart easily. Putting it back together is no problem, but when the plastic cracks, it can't be fixed. Didn't use it more than 6 times before it broke.
I bought this and like a fool I threw it into my car without testing it until I really needed it. I can’t plug it into my car. The prongs on the side curl out slightly and now matter how hard I try I cannot get it to fit. Here I sit hoping to be able to make it to a gas station without flinging completely flat. Waste of money. I’m not sure I can even return this.

Would Not RecommendGot it as a father's day gift. Worked a few times then air pump stopped working but lights still worked. A lot to pay for a flashlight. Lowe's refused to take it back or exchange for another unit saying I needed a receipt. I thought all Kobalt tools had a lifetime warranty? This tool failed miserably. I still have it in my garage. It looks brand new but it's Junk now.
