Bad battery after 11 months can’t get it replaced
Would RecommendI like the 80 volt 16” trimmer. I do not like that I cannot get the battery replaced after having this unit for 11 months. Lowes and Kobalt advised me that this product is no longer available so they cannot replace it. They will refund the purchase price and allow me to chose a similar item. I can find the same item online so I’m very confused. Not sure how to proceed from here as Joe from customer service gave me a return to store authorization number and I find out I cannot get a replacement...
