It’s one thing to spend a lot of time figuring out which piece of equipment is the right attachment—the term “universal” is usually pretty clear—but when staff assume you don’t understand what it means, it changes the whole experience. People of shorter stature need to ensure the equipment they buy fits them, but this item did not. Plenty of power and the battery goes much longer than my previous one

Smart purchase for a weed eater

The assembly was easy, my teenage son was able to do it independently. Excellent with cutting. It is heavier than I expected but all around a good quality product.

This is my first battery-powered weed eater. Overall, I’m impressed by this weed eater and loving it. Pros: decent battery life, and strong motor. Cons: the slide button and trigger can be a little clunky, and adding line is a bit of a learning curve from previous/traditional style weed eaters. Not enough to lower the rating, but something worth noting.
