Fairly good screwdriver

I had been wanting to buy this for a while and finally bit the bullet. I'm glad that I did. It definitely gives me a leg up on the odd jobs I have around the house. It is a bit long but is manageable. I didn't realize the handle was hollow so that you could store the bits inside it. The only downer I can see is that the bit holder that it comes with obviously doesn't fit inside the handle.

Handy in a pinch

Handy one size fits all screw driver. If you need to change between several jobs, but don’t pry stuff with it. Needed the hex bits works great to assemble and disassemble everyday household stuff

Terrible

This screwdriver is too heavy and over built, even on machine cut threads the double action requires a lot of of effort. I've owned a 2x power double driver and it came with a micro screwdriver duplicate, a hard and flex extension and that was perfect I wish I still had it! This version requires some grip, more than some actually, this driver is a 6x speed. It's easier to unscrew a switch cover with a regular screwdriver than this... That's unacceptable. I used this once and will be returning it...

its pretty convenient

Works great so far. Its kind of heavy which I thought was a mark of quality. But I noticed that its already getting very loose in the mechanism part. Not tight like it was at first. I'll have to watch this and see if it gets so wobbly that its not useable.

Very useful tool

I bought this not realizing that it had a rachet mechanism. Then I found out it would reverse by just in front of the shank. Now I use this all the time, even use it with small sockets. Wonderful tool!!

This is a great tool. I take out and replace a lot of screws daily and carrying a heavy drill or battery powered driver is not practical. The double drive and 6X speed are great time savers!

Screws Fell Out Immediately

I purchased this at Lowe’s in Gilbert AZ yesterday. This morning I took it out of the packaging and noticed one of the stainless steel screws holding the “Double Drive” system in place missing. After ratcheting it a few times, another one fell out. Quality control does not seem that good and ratchet also runs rough, hangs up slightly in one spot. It’s a great idea if it’s put together properly.

Best driver to have

This item is the best for just about anything you can do with a hand tool, I use mine for my job and it's awesome. Definitely worth the money

Description is deceiving!

Description says, "Stronger magnetic force to hold in the driver bits" and "Magnetic spot to hold small fasteners". Also says, "Bright illumination greatly improves visibility".. It not magnetic nor is it illuminated!

Functional, missing a critical feature

The ratchet works as it should. But the end of the screw driver should have a cap that allows you to push on it while the screwdriver rotates underneath -- so that you can apply pressure without relocating your hand on each twist.

Garbage. Way too expensive for a mediocre tool.

The idea is wonderful - you can drive in a single direction while turning the handle back and forth. It works flawlessly in the store when it's not actually driving a screw. In practice, you have to use two hands or you won't have enough torque to actually turn the screw. The handle is hollow, with a screw-off cap on the end so you can store your bits inside.
