This box provided enough drawers for me to put on a nice base organization for everything. I could have used a couple more drawers to really fine tune the organization, but for me this box was big enough. Customer service is whack
Ordered this for my Mom, she picked it up, older lady. When I saw it, it was completely scratched up front, back, sides, no keys, missing rubber mats. Called customer service, talked with a couple people and was told they could offer a refund because they didn’t have anymore in stock. I was calling for a discount for a scratched up product. They said I’d hear back from Sherman Texas Lowe’s. But still waiting.
