Cuts well but...
Would Not Recommend...you can't hang it. I have another similar one but different brand that I like better because the handle is designed with a hole so you can hang it on a nail or peg.

How to change the blade
Would RecommendThere are no instructions on how to open the knife. It's relatively easy. Push the slide on the side of the knife toward the front. It may be difficult at first. After the knife is opened place the blade in it and close the cover. See photos below.
