Excellent illumination and ability to pose in different positions

Great Features

Have used this light several times under and around the car. This light is feature rich and has a long run time. It can squeeze into many areas and provide light in almost any orientation. My only gripe is the magnets are not strong enough. With the 2 aH battery it holds sometimes and not always, depending on the metal surface.

Durable handy light

I've been using this light to work in my crawl space. I've been knocking it around and has proven to be really durable. I like that with a 4Ahr battery on it lasts a whole weekend of crawlspace work on a single charge and is the perfect amount of lumens for lighting up my work. Really convenient with how it stands up and you can articulate the light. Way better than the flashlight I was using to do the job previously.

Nice light if it came with a battery

Steep price for just a light. This needs a battery and a charger, which is another $150.

Bright and adjustable

this is a bright light that has lots of options. the magnetic handle and the hanger hook are great additions to the light. the magnet is strong enough to hold the light when the 2Amp hour battery is used doesn't work as well with the 4amp hour batter. the hood works really well. I use it at my work bench and hang it on the shelf I have next to the benc.

This is the best flashlight in the market in my opinion.

Does the job well.

Very handy light... magnetic mounts, retractable top hook and multi-angle articulation give wide versatility. The ONLY tick I have is that the magnets need to be stronger and coated with some sort of anti-mar/anti-rust material

Good shop light

Very bright two settings. Magnet is very strong holding the light in multiple positions. Good batter life and value.

Great Light and a must have if you have other Cobalt 24v battery operated tools.

Kobalt is an excellent brand and this flashlight does not disappoint. Great quality, very bright light and love the fact is all I have to do is recharge the battery for continues use. I would buy this product again.

Bright as he..

Well, if you ever had an issue not seeing very well at night time, forget it. You can wake up the dead with this flashlight. Even in the day!

Super Bright and Versatile

I recieved this in the 3 tool XTR pack and it is the tool i use the most. This isn’t a throw away extra

excellent light

This is the 2nd most used tool in my bag behind my 12v dewalt impact (dont want to carry a heavy 24v into every call *hint*hint*). Anyways, most recently had to install a walk in cooler with no lights in it. Slapped this on the wall and took care of business. Co-worker had halogen lights in there a few days prior and the cooler reched over 100 degrees. Overall very happy. I do wish the magnets were stronger so i can put a bigger battery in it and then use the magnets.

Purchased this light on sale for around $40. Replaced my DeWALT with this one. See photos. Kobalt is brighter, more adjustable and less blue.

very disappointed

The magnets were the main reason I purchased this. The weak magnetic hold is the reason I'll be returning it. I wanted this mainly for automotive work. It wouldn't hold at all under a popped hood, no matter where I moved it around. It's not like it would hold and then fall, as soon as I removed my hand it fell. I tried it on my fridge door and it just slid right down immediately. I tried it on the side of a flat metal tool cart, it slid down as well. I feel like the magnets may be strong,...

It replaced my trouble light

Works better then my old bulb trouble light the magnet back on it is easy to attach to my truck hood when working on my truck motor

Great light, love the magnet and pivoting lamp head....I put this under the hood of my car for the extra brightness when working. Works great!

Love This Light

I purchased the larger square light for my husband to use and sometimes I would it and liked it a lot. Then, I saw this light and it was so lightweight even with the battery. I can’t tell you how much I love this little light. I have a very dark area on one side of my house and when I go out on the deck alone, I don’t like it. The first time I used this light I was putting the cover on the grill and happened to shine it toward the dark area dark area and went crazy, it lit up the entire area...

just right

This light is a great addition to have at the house. I use it to look in my basement and also when I have to go outside to look for things in my shed. With the battery base it is nice to sit down so i can use both hands. 2 settings so you dont blind anyone with the Led lights.
