Would RecommendI've been looking for a rake with the individual flexible steel tines. When I saw it, I said to myself, "Looks like the perfect one for me!" I bought it. It has been great in terms of getting into brush, raking leaves out of ground cover, and clumping up a lot of leaves, when picking them up to haul away. The longer flexible steel tines are great!

Would Not RecommendI never got this rack and the picture of delivery is in the store not on my driveway. This has been a total nightmare of service. I have called repeatedly for my rack and discount to my account for all the work missed due to rescheduling and not knowing until the mid day of scheduled date - this system and service is below any expectations.
