Would Not RecommendOrder and had shipped to my home. After opening discovered the bolt cutters were used. Cutting edge was all chipped. I'm returning immediately, but Lowe's should not have shipped a used product to me in the first place! No quality control by Lowe's. Very disappointing 😞!!!
