Would Not RecommendI was excited to get this new impact to replace my 9 year old Ryobi that finally died. upon receiving and opening what looked to be a new 24v impact it had clear signs of use and did not work at all. I can't return, I am out of town and have no Lowes near me for the next couple of months.

Would RecommendTool works great and I love that it uses the same batteries for other tools I have in the series. I really like that it has three torque settings and auto-slowdown when removing nuts & bolts. This is way handier than traditional air tool.
