Batteries don't work

I have Kobalt everything. I love Kobalt products. The case of this product is super nice! However, the batteries do not work. I plugged them into the supplied charger and both just constantly blink red. I took another 24v battery that I aleady had and I plugged it into this charger and it worked fine. (so I know the charger is fine. The batteries are the problem.) Then I plugged these (2) 24v batteries into another charger that I have and again, they only blink red and they never charge. Great product and great deal

I got this set on sale for $79 which really can't be beat. The toolbox is very sturdy and has some customization. The ecosystem for the toolbox also looks really good, I will have to look into getting some of the attachments. As for the batteries its nice to have a 2Ah and 4Ah since the 4Ah is a bit bulkier. But so far both have worked flawlessly, they charge fast and last for the tools I need.

Ad was not clear.

With help from several employees I got the deal. The ad didn't say you had to purchase online. Where it was suppose to be in the store was wrong as well. We worked through it and they got one down from the top shelf. I paid on line and they got me out quickly. Findlay lowes employees are done off the best to deal with. Thank them for there support.

Great product but unnecessary process.

When i attempted to purchase the product It had an original price of $220, on sale for$79. The product rang up at the register at the original price so I showed the clerk and the manger was involved. She informed me that it was an online only special, even though the advertised sale clearly pointed out which aisle in my local store that I could procure the item.
