Lowe's no longer stands behind Kobalt tools.
Would Not RecommendI have been buying kobalt tools from Lowe's for a long time alongside of craftsman tools. A few times I had to take back a tool kobalt or craftsman to exchange it for a new one no problem. we'll now I tried to take back some kobalt wrenches that needed replaced. they said I had to have the whole set and they would trade out for a whole set. problem is I don't have the whole set. kobalt phone # no longer works there is no way to get in touch with them. So it's back to Craftsman tools again.

Would Not RecommendJust got my third set due to the first two warranties out. Great that they have lifetime warranty but seem to have an issue with the ratcheting mechanism. They like to strip out easily. Do not use the ratchet to loosen or fully tighten and they might last longer.

They won’t warranty it
Would Not RecommendThe only way they will warranty a wrench from this set is if you bring in the entire set including the the original packaging. So if you’ve lost one wrench from this set and one breaks they will not warranty it because they will only exchange the entire set - same way with ratchets and sockets. I checked with more than one Lowe’s - Hassle free warranty - haha
