Good product overall

Purchased this to use to try to take a water filter cartridge off. Although it didn't work for the job, it wasn't the tool we needed, we will find other uses.

Pretty good

I deliver heating oil and sometimes the nozzle doesn’t get tight enough on the fill. So I’ve been using these to get the nozzle tighter and they work great.

strap wrenches

Tried to use these for removing a shower pipe nipple. They did not work. I returned them to the store. Gave a 3 star rating because they might work on other applications.

Strap wrench set

The bigger wrench broke the very first time I used it. The strap seems fairly sturdy but the plastic handle is the weak point. I was not abusing this tool, merely trying totoghtena 4” threaded pipe fitting. If you plan to do anything remotely requiring a minimal amount of torque go with a chain wrench.

Great tool to remove faucet parts

Needed to remove the trim cap of my kitchen faucet without scratching or bending it. This adjustable strap wrench worked like a charm.

Very effective!

I bought these to be able to grip a circular object in a tight space (car a/c clutch plate) while loosening a bolt. It did the job beautifully! It's pretty simple to use; the included instructions will suffice.

I got these on the whim bit have found they are useful not just for oul filters but pipe work too

The tool that works on my whole house water filter

I love this item. This is the only tool that I can use to loosen and tighten my whole house water filter. Easy to use, and I love the lifetime warranty. I had this tool for many years. After 15 + years the rubber tore in a certain place. I just went to my local Lowes store and after turning in the broken one, walked out with a brand new one. Now that's service and quality. You don't see that much these days !!

Needed these to work on a rear shock for a mtn bike, worked great, could not have serviced it with out them

useless strap wrenches

These wrenches were not useful at all. They couldn't be tightened enough to work. They were too slippery and wouldn't work at all.There should be some kind of grippy surface on the inside of the strap. They might have worked then. AS is both sides are smooth; thus they do not grip.
