nice affordable portable

Great little compressor for a finish nail gun. Installed 1000’ of shiplap with no issues whatsoever. Defiantly worth the price.

worse air compressor ever

It is always braking, nonreliable will never buy another Kobalt tool again I am fixing the air compressor more than I have used it. got it for a birthday present and I use it I have to repair it. I could get one from harbor freight and it would last longer. and after all things, it is broken again.

Light weight, portable and easy to use. Came with all the necessary items I needed.

Not for inflating tires

I bought this for small power tools and thought I could use it to fill car tires. But it will not fill car tires to more than 30lbs, at least my 17 inch tires. Long story short, it is a volume issue. The air volume of a car tire at 30lbs is larger (4x) than the air volume in the small tank of this compressor at 120lbs. It's a physics thing.

Most of the negative reviews appear to be from people who know nothing about air compressors and/or could not be bothered to read the specifications before buying. This compressor does exactly what the specifications support.

Air compressor

Very pleased with the ease of operation and the quickness of gaining air pressure. Very lightweight and mobile.

Didn't last too long

Started having issues with compressor not shutting off on its own. Would continue to run until relief valve opened. Manual says this is due to pressure switch being stuck and remedy is to replace compressor. I was 6 months outside the 1 yr warranty and kobalt wouldn't replace. Still usable but I expected more than 18 months out of it.

Just the right size for what I needed and to take with us in our small camper. Works well.

Portable air compressor

This is a nice little compressor for small jobs. I bought it primarily for inflating tires and powering a small finish nail gun,which it does great. I don't think it's powerful enough for much else. I did replace the tiny hose that came with it with a 1/4 inch rubber hose that was more flexible and easier to use.

Light air compressor

Easy to use dual stack compressor. Works well with a brad nailer for indoor trim work. Lowes has offered this at a very competitive price. Relatively quiet when in use. Relatively nice kit comes with compressor.

From truck tires to blowing dust of my work table.

So this size was compromised size vs price. For the size and total power to what spent on it this was the best deal. I’ve used it time and time again with no problems to clean my work area and fill my tires on my Jeep.

Great portable compressor.

Great portable compressor for small to medium, jobs. I'm using it with an 18ga brad gun for craft/decor projects. It is a little noisy when filling pressure, but not as noisy as larger models.

Great little compressor. Super convenient to have for the small jobs. Portability is nice.

Great little compressor

Only used it two times, once to top off the pressure in car tires and the other time was to blow off dust. Unit is quite but it does take a little time to fill up. It works as advertised and everything I expected.
