More uses than I expected. I'm not sponsored, nor was I asked to write this. I bought it to do one job, with the thought I might be able to find more uses. Well, those uses just keep adding up, and this tool continues to deliver. Despite my dislike for rating anything 5 stars, I can't see a way it needs improving (very rare, as I'm pretty picky). Terrible Warranty Process

I standardized on Kobalt 24V tools because the supposedly easy warranty process. This is no longer the case. To resolve a defect in this tool to me 3 trips to Lowes stores and over 4 hours at the stores and on the phone with Kobalt. Kobalt insists on having the manufacturer of the tool approve a Return Authorization, That office is only open limited hours and is understaffed.

Stopped working after less than 2 months

Had been working fine with no problems at all, and randomly just stopped. Did the flashing lights like it needed to cool down or somthing (I hadn't even used it yet that day for more than a few seconds) but that wasn't the issue. It never started working later after "cooling down" and I tried with multiple fully charged batteries that work fine and nothing fixed it. Apparently though I'm not the only one to have experienced this exact issue. Saw a video on YouTube showing and explaining the same...

A great little tool to add to the collection

Love that it’s another tool I can add to the same collection. The ability to swap out the same batteries is so useful, and Kobalt has always been good to me. This particular tool is one that I don’t use often but am glad to have it when I do. I was able to use it for hard to sand areas on furniture rehabs, cut through mdf trim and drywall with relative ease. It’s a powerful little tool.

Plenty of power from 24volt battery

It work wonderful and was able to fit into small spaces and gave me clean cuts

It’s a little bit heavier but it’s ok.

It’s perfect for crafts.
