Good piece of gear for the right price
I have several Big Agnes and Kelty pads. I’ve been interested in Klymit sleep pads for a few years. I bought my wife a seat cushion several years ago for sporting events and the other wives regularly want to know where to purchase one for themselves. I have a rifle Elk hunt this December and will be bringing a young hunter with me. We needed another sleep pad so I bought the Klymit Static V2. The R-value is next to nothing but we will be in a hot tent and planning on being on cots so it should n...

Light and small but no insulation
Great mat for travelling/backpacking. Light and packs small as a water bottle. Comfortable to sleep on despite not being thick. Good value. BUT no insulation which means sleeper very vulnerable to cold. Even indoors on a wooden floor I was chilly.

Solid pad and solid service
Our family has 5 Klymit sleeping pads 2 V2s 2 V1s and an insulated one. My favorite feature is they blow up in about 35 seconds. While not the absolute lightest on the market in my opinion a great balance between pretty light and durability. I have never puncture one R value on is not great but I rarely use the insulated one because the regular ones have been plenty comfortable down into the 30s at night with a 30-40 degree bag. Over 10 years I have had 2 valve issues (which weren’t bad but have...

Great backpacking sleeping pad
We used this sleeping pad on a 3 night backpacking trip along the AT. It took up very little space, super light, and was very comfortable, even for side sleeping. The only issue is that it slid around in the AT shelter but it was perfect when tent camping.

Patch kit seems to be effective.
I borrowed one from my son and it developed a leak in the middle of the topside. I was able to fix the leak with the patch kit provided but chose to purchase a replacement pad for my son. I now own a Klymit pad with a patch in the centre. It seems to be holding but I haven’t used it overnight yet.

Works great for warm season camping
I use for backpacking and backpack hunting. It's easy to inflate and doesn't deflate in the night. It packs up small as would be expected and is light. My only complaint is I'm freezing in it when hunting September elk in Idaho. Warm days but cool nights. I'm planning to get an insulated version now and have one of each.

I have used it around a half dozen times. Haven't had any issues. For the prices it's a great value, and does everything I wanted it do to.

Lightweight sleeping pad for warm season. When it works, it's great, but unfortunately the air valve gave out after couple of overnight trips. Again, love the weight and for the price it was a great buy. As 6'4'' it's a bit short, which is not an issue of the pad, but mine for not checking the length. It's awesome choice for occasional camping, unfortunately due to aforemetioned air valve issue, I don't trust this product for a longer trip. I have a replacement one that I intend using for over...
