This is the first pad I’ve used and slept almost the entire night. I typically toss and turn all night when I camp but I tend to wake up and feel much more rested now. I also actually stay on my pad too! I don’t awkwardly wake up on my friends in the middle of the night. Very lightweight and packable.

Great backpacking pad.
Awesome pad! Super comfy. Best sleep I’ve had camping in years! I also don’t roll off the pad like I used to. The design of this pad really is fantastic. Super lightweight and packable.

Compact and alright
Its light-ish, and easy to pack. Not a lot of support...pretty much the baseline of what you could ask for in an inflatable.

Supper Compact Pad
I really love this pad. I have had it for years now and it still holds air no problem. For an air pad I never expected to get this far without a hole. This pad also keeps me very warm due to the v design lets the sleeping bag expand underneath you. Pros: -Durable -Light weight -thick Cons: -not most comfortable to sleep on but you’re on the ground

Great update of the original Static V
I have one of the Static V 1st gen, and this V2 is just as good but lighter. Perfect for carrying in a pack

Lite weight sleeping mat
I used it several times. Definitely a mat where you can only lay on your back or stomach. If you lay on your side you will feel the ground.

Great for the price, poor insulation
The pad is super lightweight (great for backpacking), packs small (think 1.5x the size of a soda can) and comfortable. The width of the pad has been great, even for a side sleeper, and I've never been uncomfortable on it. My only complaint is the insulation, which was to be expected with the low R-value. While I've wished for more insulation in the colder months, the pad has ultimately performed well on multiple camping and backpacking trips. I own the Static V2 and the Static V Lux, and I have ...

Static V2...awesome product!!
Spent 2 weeks sleeping in the woods on this on fire deployment in Northern Ontario last summer. No leaks and more comfortable than bulky cheap pads provided by gvrmnt. No leaks. Have also used to supplement camper mattress.

Best price to quality ratio
Best price to quality ratio of any pad I have EVER used. I have been in the military for 5 years and have used this pad on a combat deployment to Afghanistan. Lightweight and AMAZING for side sleepers.

BLUF: a small, lightweight, and
BLUF: a small, lightweight, and punches-above-its-weight sleeping pad that you won't ever really go wrong with, but the nozzle pokes into the side of the carry bag which may potentially cause future leak issues. Pros: this thing packs down SMALL...when the description reads that it can pack down to about the size of a soda can they mean it, which is fantastic when you're trying to save space for many other items for a long haul in the field; comfortable in any position; and inflates quickly. I had read online that
I had read online that this pad was good for side sleepers and was not disappointed. Much more comfortable than other pads I've tried. I also get pain in my neck and hips pretty easily when laying down but haven't had that problem with this pad at all. Great summer pad!

Anyone worried about the (relatively)
Anyone worried about the (relatively) low price need not worry. I have two and I've taken them on dozens of trips and they still hold air like the first use. I sleep on my side and my hips and shoulders don't dig into the ground. The only drawback is that it's not great in cold weather, but that's why I'm going to buy an insulated version.
