Would Not RecommendContactless probe may be too sensitive, despite using 70V to 220V setting, it gave a false positive at a dead outlet. It showed voltage where a voltmeter showed none, and I double-checked between hot, neutral, and ground. No voltage between any pair. Nearest powered cable was 3+ ft away. Plug tester functions as promised. Tripped GFCI outlet and measured response appropriately.

The case holds both testers and makes it easier to keep together. The digital display on the one is easy to see and read. The flashlight feature on the pen type one is just enough to see if you’re in low light area. Definitely recommended.
