What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this electrical tester for its simplicity, reliability, and intuitive design. The colored light indicator system eliminates the need to interpret readings, making it accessible even for those with no electrical experience. Most reviewers highlight how quickly it verifies outlet wiring and power status, with many noting it "works as expected" and delivers accurate results for household checks. The compact, pocket-sized design with no batteries required adds to its convenience. Build quality is consistently described as durable and dependable. A few mention probe length limitations in tight spaces, but these minor concerns are vastly outweighed by overall satisfaction and strong recommendation.

Would RecommendI wish the ends on the test probes were longer
Hair trigger gfi button.
Worked great, button to test gfi very light, just bump it and it trips the circuit
Good Idea But Poor Execution
Would Not RecommendGenerally Klein tools are excellent but this tested missed the mark. Actually, I would call it a fail. Here are the reasons why: - The metal tips at the end of the probes are TINY. So tiny in fact that if you are planning to test an outlet, you won't be able to unless you unscrew it from the wall and touch the terminal screws. - I tried to test voltage on some wires and again, the metal tips are so small that I had a hard time actually touching the stripped ends of the wire. They are just too...
Works great.
Would RecommendWorks as designed.

Would RecommendPeace of mind
Works as described.
Would Not RecommendSimple way to ensure the outlet is not energized before starting work. Was able to map out all the circuits in my new home to the breaker panel with minimal effort.

One trick pony.
Would Not RecommendThe probes don’t fit into a duplex plug. But a Sperry, which does.
