Stopped working after a month

We purchased this dishwasher in January after intentionally waiting and saving for it because Kitchen Aid has a reputation for being high-quality and long-lasting. We personally know several people who own this brand and have had great experiences, so we felt confident investing in something we expected to last 10+ years. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all. It only took a little over a month until it stopped working properly. It would run for about 10 minutes and then just...

Easy to use with great feaures

Bad product does not function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher keeps stopping mid-cycle, leaving dishes soapy and a pool of water in the bottom doesn’t drain. Requested repair services twice already. The dishwasher stopped functioning again two days after first repair. For the second repair, the repair technician missed two separate appointments without notifying me ahead of time. So, the second repair still hasn’t happened and dishwasher still does not work today.

Although it has a longer run time that our previous dishwasher (due to utilizing less water), we are very happy with the look of the dishwasher as well as the cleaning of the dishes. It is also very quiet.

Great KitchenAid dishwasher!

We like it a lot! It is quiet and efficient. I love that it has an express wash setting (since we wash our dishes before we put them in the dishwasher anyway) and a "Pro Dry Max" setting that gets the dishes totally dry! First dishwasher we have ever had that we don't have to towel dry some items.

Noisiest Dishwasher I,ve ever owned
