great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love the look of the dishwasher, it's very quiet. We love the adjustable height racks and the small rack at the top for delicate or flat things. Our only complaint is that the dishwasher is still wet when we open it and some of the dishes are as well.

Great features, doesn’t come with all you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my purchase, the 3 racks are a game changer in this family of 8(!), but all the parts do not come with it, and more clearly labeling that would have been helpful and helped us install it properly more immediately than several trips to the hardware store.

Not great

Great Dishwasher with Room for Improvement

An impressive performing unit.

The heavy-duty components and racks are a major plus. The interior light is also super convenient for nighttime use. It was worth buying top of the line. Solid Quality and Performance

The KitchenAid is amazing. It cleans and dries dishes better than any dishwasher we have ever owned. The silverware rack is three times the size that the other dishwasher had.

Washes but doesn't dry

While it performs as expected to wash dishes, the drying function has not worked from the beginning. We've tried loading fewer dishes and adding rinse aid to no avail. Easy to use and love the different wash options.

Happy with the dishwasher itself. Unhappy that no where on this site when purchasing the appliance did it offer, or show the required install items (i.e. power cord kit, compression fitting, wiring strain relief) that would have been helpful to know about at the time. Don't believe reading the install guide before purchasing should be a requirement..
