I feel at home again

I grew up with Kite aid dishwashers and had two of my own and a couple of others in my time and I was so incredibly happy to have found this wonderful fully outfitted machine with three racks and a sound insulated package and most importantly it has its controls on the outside of the door where the controls are not affected by the moisture inside like the machines with the top mounted controls are which should result in greater longevity. Workhorse! Quiet & well made.

I had a Bosch DW and it felt cheap, parts broke & the racks would come off the tracks on the regular. The Kitchen Aid is tough.... it feels vey sturdy, its cleans VERY well, it's quiet & the configuration of the racks is great. It fits a ton of big bowls, platters, wine glasses on top of the usual items. I highly recommend this product

Repair technician has been out 4 times for a noise and has determined it has a design defect with the upper sprayer for cup rack making a drumming noise! We had a new kitchen aid DW in Florida 2 years ago and it was whisper quiet, although the pump went out on it within a few months of new ( it was covered under warranty!What going on Kitchen Aid ? We hardly notice that is running.The quick rinse function is great, since we only run the disk washer once a week. That is a great function for between washes. Very happy with the purchase.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago, after our 2 year old Samsung - failed with 2 different issue. It is not an expensive washer, but it really is cleaning well. Quiet with 3 racks, the top rack being superior to Samsmug - in this rack you can actually put a cookie sheet or flat fry basket. It simply cleans better - even with caked on food - yea, we all read about that - but it is true on this model.

Lots of space and washing options!

The dishes come out sparkling clean! Lots of different washing options to choose from is so useful! So glad I purchased this KitchenAid model!

Really nice dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a little over a month and we are very happy. Replaced a 7 year old GE without a top tray. I didn't think the top tray would be useful but we have something in it at every load. Overall, it seems to do a better job cleaning the dishes. I think some of that is due to the racks doing better at holding the dishes in position and not letting them fall over or slump on top of one another.
