poor product does not work properly.

runs cycle and goes into error mode on final pump out. Kitchenaid response is to have service scheduled for the following week. unit functioned when installed on a test, but not in a full operation mode. Installer should do full operation test and not be in a hurry to get out the door.

Awful company and awful product

All kitchenaid products are awful. I have been on hold trying to get help with my dish washer for an hour and a half getting kicked between the same people and no one is helpful with an average of 25 minutes before someone gets on to not be helpful. Awful brand buy anything else.

I like to put my silverware down so can unload by the handles… can’t do that with most of the silverware. We like to air dry, not an option

Awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it’s so quiet I can run it while I sit and watch tv nearby. The third rack is so nice for special items. And this dishwasher seems to have so much more room than our old one and we haven’t even had to adjust the racks yet which is also a nice feature. The fact that the silverware rack has slots large enough to actually accommodate our silverware is a bonus, we had to remove that part on our last dishwasher since the slots...

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet and easy to use. I love the top rack. I with the post were laid out a little different and the bottom rack had a better stopper. All the dishes fall over if you pull it out too fast.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy I purchased this dishwasher, it looks great in my kitchen but best of all the interior set up is great. Coffee cups are finally able to set in at an angle so no more water puddling after dry cycle is done. The very best feature however is that it is so quiet I can just barely tell it is running!

After running a cycle to just clean the dishwasher after installation, the latch on the door will not close. The latch has been replaced but after running a test cycle the latch will not close again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. It does not dry the dishes. There is water sitting on the topside of the silverware basket. The top shallow rack is completely covered with water when finished. Any dish that is not slanted enough to drain will have water sitting on the top surface. Dishes put in the slots next to each other , like plates side by side, may end up with a fine dampness left on the surface. There is no feeling...
