Great Espresso Machine!

It includes 4 different espresso shot styles and includes thorough instructions. All of the instructions have words and photos which is nice. First you prime the machine, then fill it and pack your coffee then brew. This machine is so simple! I love it

beginner friendly, compact espresso machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for a novice espresso maker like me, this was so easy to learn from the directions and convenient to use! i can now enjoy a cup of coffee every morning without having to stop by a shop. its quite durable, does not take up much counter space, and is easy to clean. the milk frother takes some practice though!

Wonderful Latte Maker

This is the best latte maker I have ever owned and would highly recommend it.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT BE GENTLE WITH STEAMER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it but my steamer attachment gasket broke off sending steam into the machine making it melt inside and not working anymore. Customer service would not honor the warranty because I did not have a receipt. I’m disappointed that I sent so much money and was not able to get company to repair.

Failed miserably

No exaggerating, I have gone through 5 of these machines. The first 2 were related.to the electronics and would overheat. As annoying as that was, it was far better than the last 3. All 3 lasted 3 months maximum. The seals between the machine and the basket separate. The gasket blows apart spewing water and grounds everywhere. I try to push the seal back in with wooden sticks fingers etc only form them to pop back out as soon as it attempts to build pressure. Kudos to kitchenaid for honoring the...

Great Machine

But, this machine has been so simple to use. It is loud but so far has made great tasting espresso. So happy I can make my americanos at home now.

Easy to use and maintain!!!

I have tried so many products for my coffee and not gonna lie this is the best one so far. I love the textures of my coffee. It’s really smooth. The design looks great. It’s so easy to clean after using. All you need is just hitting a button and your coffee is ready for you. Highly recommend for coffee lovers!
