Super easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is incredibly easy to use. It's just a matter of touching a few buttons and you have fresh brewed espresso! It's also really simple to clean, which I appreciate.

Broke during first cleaning cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine flashed the light saying it was ready to be cleaned. So I looked up how to do it and followed every instruction. By the time I was done it was really struggling to pull water in and within a few uses it wouldn’t pull in any water. Would not recommend this product at all.

No that good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago and I imagined that I'd have a creamy coffee as Nespresso or other coffee machines. But the expresso comes out like a filtered coffee.

Pretty happy

I should have realized it....have trouble sometimes with frother, but it's me and not machine--have to hold it a certain way to make foam instead of warm milk for latte....I'm happy with it.

Solid machine, few things I'd change

The steamer is LOUD, and takes QUITE a bit of time to warm the milk up to have a hot hot drink. Love that the water tank holds such a large quantity of water, but the steamer does leak into the drip tray with use, resulting in needing to empty the drip tray after each use. I have used KitchenAid appliances for many years and have always appreciated the quality of the appliances.

Make sure you read the directions and you graduate the temp, the quantity… Coffee is great and really love using my machine. If you need a but, I wish the steamer were faster. Other than that, amazing purchase.

Good Machine For What It Is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a full featured, much more expensive machine with this unit. It pulls a decent shot but it’s not very hot! The frother works well! It’s easy to set up, use and clean. The additional automatic frother is underwhelming. We were spoiled by our previous machine but for the price of this model, it is a good value.

I have several kitchen aid appliances and have been happy with the quality of the brand. After 6 weeks of daily use I am still happy with the purchase.

I think the Calphalon maybe made *slightly* better milk foam (or was easier to figure out), but I'm also often quite lazy and just make americanos with a splash of cream and this works great for that. Delicious Coffee Shop Lattes @ Home

It took me some practice to get the foam level right, but now I am a pro. I opted not to connect the frother because I like to keep things simple. This is a delicious step up from the Aerolatte I have been using for the past decade. Thank you Kitchenaid! ♥️☕️

Disappointed

I bought the Kitchen Aid Espresso Machine as I have Kitchen Aid appliances and the overall quality is quite good. My disappointment is the temperature even when set to the highest level the espresso is not warm. I tried leaving the machine on for an extended amount of time that did not change anything. I am also curious if this machine is actually 15 bars of pressure. "Consistent Temperature " - cold

Get your straw ready and start drinking your espresso before the shot is done. By time you're done with your milk frother your Latte will be cold. Nowhere near "hot" even at the highest setting
