No part to repair; under warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the new microwave in May 2024. It broke in December 2024. It is still under warranty but the local appliance repair that KitchenAid contracts for service has said the part is backordered. Its been over a month with no microwave. KitchenAid is not helping get the part.

All the features!

I didn't realize this "microwave" had the features it did. It is GREAT! Once I master it, I know I'll use more and more. It is a strikingly beautiful design above my Kitchen Aid oven. I've received many compliments. Excited to try more.

Pleased

WISH I HAD CHOSEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it has variable cooking methods, and the aesthetics are very pleasing, however, sometimes the place with more options are not so good with those options. If there is only one or two, they are usually better. In this case, it seems to bake and toast okay but it takes forever to defrost and microwave anything. And the noise the fan makes when it is cooling off after using it for a length of time is quite annoying. I realize it se...

They should have not even included a microwave in this! It does not work well at all. I wish I would have known this before buying it but I didn't. The sales person told me how great it was.. it's not.

Simply Amazing

We love how it toasts bread, how it air fries french fries and how well it bakes our small pizzas. It does everything so very well, it has become our go to appliance for almost all things cooking.

Not entirely happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are having a hard time figuring out how to use all of the features and it would be nice to have an instruction manual of some kind. I have not found anything on line that helps. Cleaning the front screen is a pain. when I wipe it it sets off all kinds of things. You have to download an app to set the clock!!! That is ridiculous!

Disappointed in air frying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air fry is slow and doesn’t really brown anything in the basket. I can cook frozen fries in 8 minutes and they are nicely brown in my old air fryer. Twice as long in the new microwave. Need to use the toaster tray for criisp fries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couple of small nits: 1. why do I have to push the display button twice to turn the display off? tracking the lighting state should be very basic. 2. lack of documentation. The unit does not come with adequate documentation. why don't they put the same level of effort into tell us how to work these things as they do writing useless disclaimers that no one reads?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having problem with the popcorn setting, not popping the entire bag of popcorn. We have a potato bag to cook the potatoes faster and mistered, it burned the bag while cooking the potatoes? It also cooks/reheat slower than my previous microwave.

Fast (lower the temp about 25° and shorten your bake time). Like the light feature and vents (no outside venting needed). Blows out the top but does not heat up cabinet space above

Friends are jealous

Learning new oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to install. Good looking. Microwave works slower than my last one. Bake cooks hotter than expected. Prompts work well for programming. Like bottom tray for cleaning. Ap feature is unnecessary. Still learning how to use it effectively.

Just what we wanted

Mixed Review

I’ve had this microwave for several months and also have had the random power off message with no other electrical devices in my home indicating power off. Great looking microwave with many features but the removable rack does limit space and it’s not adjustable. Hopefully now that I hooked it up to WiFi it can reset the clock/date itself after its monthly power loss.
