[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in our new Microwave/ air fryer combo above stove unit. I purchased KitchenAid for a quality unit and it has less power than our old microwave only. If I knew how weak it was I would have purchased a different unit.

Too complicated - not clear instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this microwave very difficult to use and the directions online and in the Manual are no help. It also does not have a turntable and when I reheat things it is not evenly warm.

Terrible

This is a very expensive microwave to also be terrible. The air fry doesn't work at all. I was careful to make sure I was using the fry basket correctly since it also comes with a shelf and roaster pan. I was so excited to buy this. Full regret. Very disappointed.

Amazing performance

The noise level is minimal and cooking performance is amazing. I love the way it looks and the performance capacity is great. Love love love this microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This icrowave does not operate properly all the time. Powers off, does not illuminate the time brightly, not at all user friendly. First one I received was faulty and they replaced it but it still does not work properly.

Awful instructions on how to cook different items

You have plenty of instructions on how to take care of it, but no videos or suggestions on how to cook! I can read the suggestions as well as the next person, but so far toasting is a big FAIL. The fan is great though. Do you leave the pan in the bottom of the oven all the time? I've been taking it out. The oven barely fits a dinner plate. I really want this thing to work. Needs a turntable can I add...

So far GREAT!

LOVE the microwave function but haven't had a chance yet to use the air fryer or toaster oven. Cannot wait to try all the other functions and would like to review those in the future.

Good So Far

I don't like the electric door. I suspect that will be the first thing to fail. Kitchenaid needs to mention in their advertising and online info that the unit only comes with mounting instructions. Appliance is nice though.

Product is good. Installation wasn't. Installer didn't respect the product or my home. Disappointed with whole installation process. Installer left a mess and didn't bring anything of his own but was asking me for items after making a complete mess. Drilled extra holes in my kitchen cabinets that weren't necessary. Also bent up up the top of unit by using excessive force where the air vents were.

Overall great with one improvement recommendation.

We purchased this microwave while it was on introductory sale. We find the unit easy to use and loaded with features The absence of a turntable enables us to utilize the entire bottom. The flush design is an an excellent feature, but the LED cooktop lighting needs to be angled toward the cooktop. It currently points to the cooktop control panel. Despite this oversight, I’d highly recommend it !

Looks GREAT but doesn't work

I told everyone about it--it's like I had found the holy grail of kitchen appliances. I had it installed and it looked great. However, it didn't work. I made toast---the bottoms didn't toast. The Best Microwave I’ve Ever Used!
