Better than the old model!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The 1st one I bought didn't work, or I couldn't get it to work, so I took it back to the store. The next one I bought I got it to work and it works great! I had the old model, which I had no complaints about, but this new one is even better. It would be nice if there were some instructions on how to get it to work, though. I had to go on YouTube to find out how to make it function.

As a partially handicapped person, it was extremely to use & made it so much easier to chop nuts for a cookie recipe. I would definitely recommend this product. It just would have been nice to have instructions how to remove & re-install cup after use.

Perfect size for the smaller jobs.
Decided to purchase as it is the perfect size for smaller jobs vs. the full size Kitchen Aid that I have. Wrestled with this for a while trying to get the top off as it was on tight and wouldn't budge in attempting to twist it or pull it straight up. The enclosed booklet had no instructions regarding removing the top. (You twist it!)
