Great 3-rack design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchenaid continues to improve on their already excellent dishwashers. We have only had Kitchenaid dishwashers since moving to this house nearly 40 years ago. This one has a significantly redesigned 3-rack system that holds an amazing number of dishes in various configurations. The wineglass holders work well for our elongated glassware. Everything is cleaned to perfection. I highly recommend this product.

Worked for 1 year

We bought this dishwasher about a year ago and I have loved the 3 rack layout. We’ve taken good care of it but this month we’ve been getting error signals to where we have to restart it to even run a wash. We’ve had a repair person come look at it and they said there shouldn’t be an issue with it, everything seems fine. They factory reset it and it worked again for about 2 days and now it’s giving the same error signal and beep. Very disappointed considering we’ve had it for about 1 year.

Very Nice!

Very nice dishwasher for sure. It cleans so well and drying is much better than my Bosch. This one gets the water nice and hot too and gets the grease off of things. Very quite and the new rack design really does fit a lot more. The third rack is very useful for a variety of items not just utensils.

For the last 24 years of my life I have owned 3 Kitchen Aide Dishwashers. This will be my fourth unit I have purchased over that time. In terms of washing and drying dishes, it truly is an excellent machine. Just know that they are also plagued by extensive mechanical problems. I have had to replace main circuit boards, the entire washing assembly and a factory recall of multiple parts. An extended year maintenance plan will pay for itself many times over. Fantastic dishwasher inside light is great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this for only 1 week, but it is so much better than the Samsung model it replaced. Unit is extremely quiet and does a fantastic job of cleaning my dishes. The top rack is very functionable when on my previous dishwasher it was almost imposable to fit anything on it. Love the interior light and the print resistant stainless-steel front.

DOES NOT DRY DISHES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher does not dry dishes at all. First wash didn’t dry dishes. Ran a second wash and selected pro dry. Still dripping wet dishes. Very disappointed. I will be returning if KitchenAid doesn’t resolve this issue.Dishwasher is brand new. Installed one week ago.

Great quality appliances

Amazing Dishwasher!

The new model is not as whisper quiet as the older model - fairly close, but not as quiet. It cleans very well and KitchenAid did a good job of redesigning the interior racks allowing more items to be washed concurrently - along with taller dishes - something the old model couldn't handle. It also appears to dry dishes better, with the "Extended 'Dry' (fan assisted) option...

Not happy

Soap dispenser not working properly

Mixed feelings

The service man from the establishment was able to change a plastic piece out that was leaking and causing the error code shut down. This really worried me about the quality of the product. The repair was made and the machine has been functioning properly since then. It cleans well and we really love the third rack.. If there are no more problems this machine is proving to...

Kitchenaid from here on out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE this dishwasher! It is our first Kitchenaid appliance, not counting our 38 year old and good as new mixer. It is so spacious, with the third rack. Glassware sparkles and dishes are cleaner than with any of our previous dishwashers. The interior light is helpful, and the machine runs very quietly. We could not be more pleased.

Great new features
