The slow start keeps ingredients from flying out of the bowl. The mixing quality is excellent and it really keeps its charge. Great unit but whisker came apart after light use

Would be a good mixer
After 2 years of light use, even though the beaters are not bent and have always been installed correctly, the beaters began to collide. Occasionally, since new, the mixer would refuse to run at higher speeds after a full charge. Had these not occurred, it would have been a great product.

Would Not RecommendI would be a big fan of this product if it had lasted. Within a couple uses, the beaters started rattling. After 7 months, the beaters both snapped apart where the rods were attached to the whisk parts. All I have used these for is for making whipped cream, nothing extreme. There is no reason this should have happened for such a high-dollar product. My cheapo corded hand mixer beaters have never had any problem at all. Why can't the beaters on this one be that durable?
