wish it would work for more than a year

I have had two of these compact ovens. Both worked wonderfully until they just stopped working after less than a year. KitchenAid customer service has been fabulous but the product just not been able to perform.

Great oven for about 2 years

My family found this countertop oven to be pretty solid while it lasted, but we were ultimately very disappointed by its short lifetime. After about 2 years it started heating only intermittently on all settings, and eventually stopped working all together. It was great while it lasted and replaced our full-sized oven for about 75% of the time, but it's totally unacceptable for a small appliance from a brand like KitchenAid (with a KitchenAid price tag) to only last 2 years. Horrible appliance

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this item for my work space. On my second use, the element sparked and smoked making loud noises. I am now frightened to death to use it and can not locate my receipt to return it.

Short Love Affair

Have had this for 22 months and it stopped working yesterday. We use it about 2-3 times/wk. The dial to set bake, toast, etc. doesn’t move and the appliance doesn’t turn on. Like the size and aesthetic. Do not like the Off switch - IMO its a fire hazard. If you want to manually turn the dial to off, it’s likely you’ll turn it a hair more to just On, without realizing it.

Poor Quality

We loved this countertop toaster oven at first, it was great for toast and roasting small batches of vegetables without heating up the oven, but recently the bake and broil functions quit working. So now we’re left with a bulky, expensive toaster. I thought we’d get more use out of a KitchenAid appliance. Also, if you forget to change the function from “toast” to “bake,” but set the timer to bake something, it ticks down time as if it’s cooking, and then you come back to find cold food. Same g...

Didn't Last Long!

After one year of limited use selection knob stopped working - only function I have is "toast".... I have other KitchenAid products and have never had issues. Don't spend your money on this one!

Stopped working after 13 month...

Knobs don’t function. When baking or cooking turns off. Light blinks on and off, need to unplug and plug back in. I have thrown out baking as thought oven was working.... I only bought this one as my older kitchen aide for 4 years, thought this one would do the same.

Countertop oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance may seem small but it is big on features. I have toasted,baked, broiled everyday since I got this oven. I'm not sure if I'll even use the gas stove until fall/winter.

Excellent full featured unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is incredibly versatile and easy to use. I've only used it to heat up pre-cooked food so far, but expect at some point to cook a meal in it.. It heats up evenly and fits perfectly on my counter. I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, and highly recommend it.

Great Compact Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the oven that everyone wishes they had purchased. I have had it less than a week but have found that it does everything perfectly: boils, bakes, toasts, etc. You need to look at this product very very seriously.

Effective but loud

Excellent compact oven!

Good size - good look- good function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this hoping it would be light enough to be a portable counter top oven that i would store elsewhere and bring out when needed. I was pleasantly surprised that is was. Now when i have a small item to bake i just bring up my kitchenaid and save energy.

Makes Cooking Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with my new Kitchen Aid convection oven. I cook everything in it from toast to a 1lb turkey! I bake, roast, broil and toast in it .... all to perfection!! It is a perfect countertop oven!

Nice find

Doesn’t work after after only 4 months.

I got this for my bridal shower and have only used it about 3 times. It now will not work. I’ve tried plugging it in to different outlets, trying the knobs, and I get nothing.

Worked great for a while

I've had this for about two years now it won't turn on. The power light will randomly come on and off but doesn't heat up.
