Lift lever broke on kmt4115 toaster that we have loved for years. Searched Kitchenaid site and the only replacement lift lever is for another model. Tried doing "chat" on Kitchenaid site and chat was both worthless and infuriating. Thinking of replacing entire toaster With Another Brand.

Would RecommendBought this last month, since I needed a double slice toaster. Does a good job, however, when a single slice of bread is put in, it does not toast evenly. English muffins require additional time. The "5" setting could be hotter.

I really like this toaster. I had an older model that I liked a little better, but it's not make anymore. The upside to this one is that it's smaller and has the options of bagels and bread, which t he older Kitchen aid did not. Looks good in my kitchen, too!

Four slices beats two slices!
