Poor cleaning
Would Not RecommendWe bought this model recently to replace an older model. Our experience so far has been that it does not clean the dishes. If any food is on the dishes before washing, much of it remains on the dishes when we go to put them away. We are using the recommended soap and are not overloading.

Would RecommendVery quiet; fits a lot of items with the 3rd rack. Express cycle is a bit long at 1:55; but if you use the express cycle without a drying option, dishes come out clean and dry in half the time. Handle is useful for hanging dish towels to air dry. The controls on top of the door can sometimes get pressed by accident as you open & close, but you can hit “cancel” to clear until you are ready to choose settings to start a load.

3rd rack, silverware compartment on the side
Would RecommendI like the top pull out rack for coffee cups, glasses and silverware. I have only had it a week and I hope it will be a good machine and last many years. This is my first Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I like that the silverware is on the side on the 3rd rack and has dividers so I can separate the silverware. I also like the hidden control buttons that are not visible on the front of the machine.
