Very impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Kitchenaid to replace a brand new Bosch dishwasher. It is a night and day difference. Wish we would have purchased the Kitchenaid first. Absolutely no negatives to report.

very useful features and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old unit that was leaking around the door with a few other problems.This unit is quieter and features 3 tracks as opposed to two. Much more user space that my old unit.

Returns/replacements not handled well

The dishwasher leaked, glad installer found it. Not Lowe's fault. However, how return handled represents a problem with Lowe's system. It took over a week to find out they could not find a replacement dishwasher. 17days later, still have not been refunded for the dishwasher. 2nd bad experience for us. Ordered a cabinet last year. Door not properly installed. Took almost 2 weeks to get a new cabinet delivered.

Completely satisfied

Lots more space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced a 19 year old KitchenAid that wasn't quite doing the job anymore. This one is amazing! I love the versatile third rack. It gives so much more room - I use it for long implements, coffee cups and small bowls. The Prodry cycle gets even the plastic takeout vessels dry but not misshapen. And it's so so quiet!

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not buy any other brand than a KitchenAid dishwasher. My last KitchenAid was 24 years old when I replaced it. Still worked but was pretty worn. I bought this model which is one of the higher end ones and I am very, very happy with it. Even dries my plastic completely and is so quiet I have to look at the light to know it is on.

Decent Dishwasher Durabilty & Design

DIshwasher's quiet and the racks inside are versatile for different kinds of things. Surprised that the door automatically opens once the washing and drying cycles finishes. Overall, very pleased with quality and design. Was apprehensive about not having a open and close door bar, but like the top slot design to open and close door.

Poor Service

Took weeks to order and then was not delivered on the date promised . We asked to cancel the order and the associate was very rude and argumentative refusing to refund the amount until the installer returned the machine which we never even saw

Works as advertised!

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my dishwasher for two weeks. It works great and is very quiet. The door is very stiff and i have to push it down to open enough to slide the bottom drawer out. This is really not a problem, better than the door falling open too quickly. So far I really like the dishwasher.

Quiet by 3rd rack not useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a leaking earlier model. It’s quiet and cleans alright, although not as well as the previous model. Some good particles have remained occasionally on dishwater; that never happened with the earlier model. Also, the new deeper third rack is not very useful at all because of the design of the rack on the left side. Some small bowls can fit there, but that’s about all. The trade off is lost height for glassware placed on ...
